We have decades of winning experience at the intersection of public policy, personality and politics, working at the highest levels of state government, battling in dozens of federal and state political campaigns, and serving two governors, three presidential campaigns and three members of Congress.
Government Relations
Registered with the Texas Ethics Commission, Sullivan Public Affairs monitors, tracks and works to impact state legislation and government action. Ray Sullivan has served in and around the Texas Capitol since 1995 - working with state legislators, agency heads, associations, coalitions and two Texas Governors – to successfully advocate legislative and public policy reforms.
Public Relations
Public policy and political messaging aimed at persuading opinion leaders and the public. Services include public relations counseling and implementation, TV and radio ad production, media relations, strategic planning, and crafting written, electronic and social media content.
